continuing sanitation education (CE) hours by the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers
We are proud to be Corporate Partners with the Association of Nutrition& Foodservice Professionals (ANFP). We have partnered with the ANFP since 2018 and have helped thousands of foodservice professionals in the education sector get the qualifications they need.
We offer the following training to ANFP Members:
1.Food Protection Manager Training & Exam – 8 hour training & 2 hour proctored exam
• Mandatory requirement for all foodservice establishments across the USA
• At least 1 certified person on a premise at all times
2. Food Handler Training & Exam –Accredited for 2 CEUs
• Certification not required in all states (7 states require training)
• 95% of the industry is at this level of certification
3. Allergen Awareness Training & Exam – Accredited for 2 CEUs
• Not mandatory in all states (Required in 4 states)
• Over 15 million Americans now have a food allergy – so regulation is coming
