State Regulations

Massachusetts requires that all establishments have at least one manager working in the premise at any time to be a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM).

The Always Food Safe training & exam is valid for 5 years across the entire state and teaches the essential Food Safety knowledge to all managers, so they can run an establishment efficiently and safely.

What does a proctored exam mean?
