Within the District of Colombia completing an ANSI Approved Food Protection Manager Exam is the first of two steps to being accredited within the state.
In order to be a District of Columbia Certified Food Protection Manager, you must pass a Food Protection Manager Certification Exam, then obtain a District-issued Food Protection Manager Identification Card.
You can either mail in your application with your national certificate and a $35 money order, or bring in the required information to the District of Columbia Department of Health. For the application and more information: Click Here
