We can offer your company the ability to proctor exams for you and your staff members for no cost. You would simply take the training online, and then the proctor could sit down with you and proctor the exam. Becoming a proctor can take less than 15 minutes!

3 - Remote Proctoring (In high demand, so spaces are limited)

State Requirements
The Cape Girardeau County Food Code, requires that all managers employed in food establishments in Cape Girardeau County possess a valid Food Management Certificate.

This is now a mandatory requirement.

Always Food Safe’s Food Protection Manager Training & Exam is accepted within the county, and will be valid for 5 years.

In order to receive your Food Protection Manager certificate, you will need to complete the exam in a proctored environment.
