Asheville Independent Restaurant’s Association is about embracing locally sourced creations of Asheville while ensuring that food safety standards are upheld. Their journey began back in 2003 when a group of passionate restaurant owners joined forces to create a collaborative and stewardship-driven culture. Fast forward to today, and they are leading the charge with over 150 members, making them the largest not-for-profit organization of our kind in the U.S.
