According to the regulations stated in 6 CCR 1010-2 (§ 2-102.12), it is mandatory for at least one employee who has the authority over food preparation and service to hold a certification as a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM).

To meet the certification criteria, you must obtain an ANAB Food Manager certification through an ANAB-accredited provider such as Always Food Safe.
