State Regulation

In West Virginia, Always Food Safe's Food Manager Certification Will Be Accepted By Your Health Inspector and across the USA.

When it comes to food manager requirements, West Virginia follows the guidance provided by the FDA. According to the FDA, the "person-in-charge" at these establishments must demonstrate their knowledge of food safety to regulatory authorities.
This can be achieved by successfully passing a test that covers topics such as food-borne disease prevention, application of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles, and compliance with the Food Code.

To meet the certification criteria, you must obtain an ANAB Food Manager certification through an ANAB-accredited provider such as Always Food Safe.
