New Hampshire laws require that all foodservice establishments have one Certified, Food Protection Manager available during all operational hours.
Managers must hold a certification stating they’ve passed an approved course and exam. Re-training and re-certification must be completed every 5 years.

In order to receive your Food Protection Manager certificate, you will need to complete the exam in a proctored environment.
