Food Protection Manager - New York - All counties (Exam only)
The State of New York requires at least one Manager in a foodservice establishment to have passed an ANSI Accredited Food Protection Manager Exam.
It’s required that the employee take an accredited food safety course and pass an exam afterward to receive a certification. Recertification must be obtained every 5 years.

In order to receive your Food Protection Manager certificate, you will need to complete the exam in a proctored environment.
