Food Protection Manager - South Dakota - All counties (Exam only)
South Dakota requires all of its food establishments to demonstrate their knowledge of food safety regulations. To demonstrate that knowledge, it is required by law that each foodservice establishment have a Certified Food Safety Manager.
To obtain the certification, a Person in Charge must take an accredited food safety course or pass an exam every 3 years.
In order to receive your Food Protection Manager certificate, you will need to complete the exam in a proctored environment.
