Food Protection Manager - Louisiana - All counties (Exam only)
In the state of Louisiana it is a mandatory requirement for all foodservice establishments to have a certified Food Protection Manager on the premise at all times, during the hours of operation.
Always Food Safe’s exam will be accepted and valid for 5 years across the whole of Louisiana

In order to receive your Food Protection Manager certificate, you will need to complete the exam in a proctored environment.
