  • Training must be completed within 4 hours of the hire date 
  • 21 years of age is the minimum age to sell
  • 3 hours of training required
  • 70% is the minimum passing score on the final exam
  • There are unlimited exam retakes
  • Recommend renewing certification every 3 years
