South Carolina Alcohol Certification

Under South Carolina House Bill H.3430, anyone who is currently selling or serving alcohol must complete approved alcohol server training by March 1, 2026. This deadline applies to existing employees; new hires must be certified within 60 days of employment.

The proctoring system is designed to validate the independence of passing online assessments. It verifies the participant's identity and monitors in real time to detect potential violations. The technical requirements for the proctoring system are listed in the table below.
