State Regulation
Here are some of the state regulations for the Texas Alcohol Certification:
- Training must be completed within 30 days of hire
- 18 years of age is the minimum age to sell
- 2 hours of training required
- 80% is the minimum passing score on the final exam
- There are 2 exam retakes
- Certification renewal is required every 3 years
