The Minnesota Health Department encourage people who work within the foodservice industry to complete an ANSI Accredited Food Handler Training course.
Humans are the worst contaminators of food, so any training to prevent a foodborne illness is money well spent.
The training is developed for anyone working within a foodservice environment. Areas covered include Storage, Time & Temperature Control and Allergies.
Training and exam takes under 2 hours to complete and once completed you will be given a certificate that proves your Food Safety knowledge.
