Food Protection Manager Certification exams must be proctored. 

We offer Internal and Remote Proctoring options on our exams, depending on your restaurant's needs. You can either train internal proctors to proctor exams in-house and avoid additional costs, or take a remotely proctored exam through our partner, Honorlock, with an additional proctoring fee.
