"I've been working with the Always Food Safe company - they have a series of videos that are, in my opinion, a little more modern and interesting than the Serve-Safe series.  We schedule a single training where we watch the videos together, with breaks and discussion regarding how the material relates to specific parts of our operation.  We then move into a computer lab and test immediately after the training.  I've been very happy with their product and the ease of completing the training - also super easy to get yourself approved as a proctor."

- Eureka City Schools

"As a proctor, I have NEVER had a 100% pass rate. So that was very exciting for me! I also found the proctor side of this very easy to navigate and straightforward. Thanks so much for offering an alternative solution at an affordable rate!"

Confluence Health Proctor

"The moment I signed up with Always Food Safe, they have been in constant contact with any question I had. Always Food Safe provided a higher level of what felt like “one-on-one” training throughout the course than I have ever received before. Great company, awesome training, superior customer service!!"
