Food Manager Exam Proctoring Options

Food Protection Manager Certification exams must be proctored. 

We offer Internal and Remote Proctoring options on our exams, depending on your restaurant's needs. You can either train internal proctors to proctor exams in-house and avoid additional costs, or take a remotely proctored exam through our partner, ProctorU, with an additional proctoring fee.

Internal Proctoring

One or two people per location can become an Always Food Safe exam proctor. They will be registered for 3 years (renewable free of charge), removing traditional proctor fees and saving you time and money!
